- To enable us to contact you to arrange Face to Face appointments and ZOOM sessions, as requested by you.
We do not share any part of this information unless we receive written and signed instructions from you to do so.

Your information is stored securely,
We keep your name and contact details for a maximum or 6 months.
We will then erase and dispose of your information unless we have received written and signed instructions from you stating when you wish us to retain the data until.
Your data will be removed from all electronic devices. All paper records related to you will be securely disposed of.
